Pentax B&M shops in Maryland/Delaware

Hi my niece looks to get a Pentax,but wants to hold one 1st..Best Buy has none..anyone know of any shops that carry Pentax in Maryland/Delaware/ DC area

Unfortunately, as many have mentioned, it's hard to find one in a B&M shop. Here in New England, I was able to get my hands on a sample at Hunt's Photo, but even then they only had the K5-II at the time, with no other models. If I couldn't get my hands on one, my options were to either order online and worst case scenario do a return if I really didn't like it. My alternate plan was to post here or another forum to see if I could meet up with a willing Pentaxian in a public location to try it out; Pentaxians seem to be pretty a helpful and enthusiastic group. I don't know how feasible those options would be for your niece. Hope it works out!

Road trip to NYC? You could do it in a day, or stay the night and take in a museum or
what have you.
