I've been using the LowePro Fastpack 250 for a few months now and I really like it.

It holds;
-k10 w/ grip
-300mm f4 SMC Takumar (attached)
-18-55mm kit lens
-55mm f1.8 Super-Tak
-SB26 w/SC17 cable
-2x teleconverter A
-extra sd cards
-lens cloth, brush, fluid
-hotshoe level
-P&S camera
-extra batteries for strobe and p&s
-gps unit
-pocket spotting scope
-owl call
-rain coat
-softbox and scoop for sb26
-reflector card
-1st aid kit
-flashlight
-folding stool
-monopod
-pocket tripod
-camp towel
-dog collar
-dog biscuits
-1qt H2O
-lunch

It's quite a load but I'm getting more comfortable with every outing. This keeps me happy for a while in the woods.

It will also hold a laptop, but then it's too heavy. I stuff the softbox, scoop, and reflector where you would put a laptop.

I considered a kata pack similar to this but this was $100 less at around $90.
