Lightroom is the first post processing program I use, and often the only. Only for model photography will I sometimes use Photoshop (mostly for retouching).
With the spot removal and the skin smoothing brush, unless I screwed up pretty big (bad background, need to replace a color, want to completely reshape something), I can usually bang a model session straight out of LR.
