| I'm assuming Widows.. Download and install Revo Uninstaller. Uninstall all Pentax apps. Use the advanced mode and if it asks to delete anything, say yes. If it asks to reboot, say no, and continue each uninstall. Then reboot. Also download and install avast!, SpyBot, CCleaner and PC Tools Spyware Doctor. Then try to install the Pentax software. If all else fails, find a teenager. Good luck!
