If you often shoot over five second exposures, I'd keep the k200d or upgrade to the k10d instead of the 20... If you don't use long exposures, you'll probably love the 20d.
I knew that I could turn off the noise reduction for longer exposures on the K10D as I have it but I didn't know you couldn't do it on the K20D even after latest firmware updates. seems odd to me.
