Regrets

It's better to regret something you have rather than something you haven't done.

Back in early 2008 I 'sold' my Nikon FM2 and f1:1.4 lens that was in mint condition for a low price and bought my K10D. Now...don't get me wrong ..I like my Pentax cameras. I bought the FM2 because my MX was stolen and MX's were no longer available and the new Pentax cameras weren't the same. I learned to like the FM2 though it never had the same intuitiveness as far as how to take great photos as it seemed I had with the MX.

Anyway I now have my K10D, K5 and K3...plus an ME Super I got a few weeks ago which is in mint condition though the seals may need replacing. I thought the ME Super would fill the void the MX fullfilled but it obviously isn't the same.

I guess I need to accept the fact that I'll never replace the MX that I once had.

If you look on places like eBay, you will see MXs for sale. I have three besides my original purchase, and all are in super good condition. Besides, Eric can restore a less than perfect example for you.
