Assuming this is a recent camera, the lens could be a lumix 20mm or m.zuiko 17mm. Not sure about the camera but it might also be a lumix.

Ola dianadebraga! Para mim é possivel que seja a Q10 .( or as adam says a lumix by the pixelized "L" on the camera, but if she is holding the camera with the right hand assuming that she's holding it by the grip then the "L" becomes a "SR" pixelized and compressed by the jpg algorithm....

I'd say it's a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GM1 in black, with the 20mm f/1.7 lens in silver

EDIT: scratch that... the DMC-GM1 and DMC-GM5 are too late for the date range you're talking about...

ok after a closer inspection ... the panasonic logo on the camera seems to be on the top back side of the camera the only model with interchangeable lens with that feature in that date range is the GF1 with an Lumix G 20mm 1.7 II ASPH .

Hmm... could be, but the lens looks like it is offset to one side, and the mount for the GF1 is almost (not quite, but almost) central

Another candidate would be one of the LXes, although I don't think they came in a black body / silver lens version.
For some reason, the Samsung WB30F caught my eye as well...

I have an Lx7 and it seems to me that the Lx1 guess isn't a bad one. However, the size bothers me as I just had My LX7 in hand and with my largish man hands the LX7 is quite a bit larger than this appears to be. Of course this woman was taller than I am and lithe so her hands could be quite long. But additionally the LX series centers the lens more than this appears to.

Any idea who the photographer is?
