Adorama Q lens discounts

Looks like the Q lenses get in on the recent discounts also. Not real heavy discounts, but we'll take whatever we can get. Also kind of surprised to see the 01 prime lens listed.

Is the Q01 lens only available in Japan and USA? There is none for sale anywhere in Oz

I actually just got my Q yesterday. I got it with the 02 zoom and am thinking about the 01 prime. (which adorama evidently does not even have). I am sort of weighing the cost if I want to get that prime. I have an 06 on the way from Japan via ebay.

If you are looking for an 01 prime then you may be better off buying a Q kit with the 01 lens. That's what I did and I sold the body to recoup costs. Or, just buy the 01 prime used. There is one on eBay with an opening bid of $59.99 with zero bids. It is a very nice lens but I certainly wouldn't pay $170 for it like the stores are asking for.

Both stores don't always run the same deals. It all depends on their cost & inventory, after all.

As for the 01 lens, it's funny how it costs about the same as a original Q kit does these days

sucks that there's shipping... got the 08 anyway as I haven't seen many deals on it. can't wait!
