A nice K-3 deal has just gone up at Adorama (free 50mm lens and flash + K-3 for $649.00):

Pentax K-3 DSLR Camera Body 15530

While the deal surely won't last, it's nice to finally get a break from the stubborn price tag of $749 at US authorized dealers.

I still think it has another 50 bucks to shed.. but I wouldn't be too sure it would come with the bundle items. So it is a toss up.

Could sell the lens for 60 quick and the flash for maybe 40-50 bucks.. so around 100 dollars off more if you didn't want those items.

Plus you get around 25 dollars in rewards money to spend at Adorama too right now... it is a pretty nice deal. I'm still holding out for BF (just because I am on the fence of buying at all and want the cheapest possible price). *IF* this is the blowout price and they aren't in stock at BF then I'll just wait next year for the blowout of the K-3 II. haha

You might get the body only at the effective price in this deal, i.e. $499-549. But that's a big if and depends on the competition, since the K-3 is already very attractively priced.

Black Friday has been lame the past couple of years. No quality items like the K3 receive deals. It's a bunch of cheap generic junk that stores try to get rid of.

They will on blowout.. K-3 is 'discontinued' I'd suspect at this point.. so I think it fairs a good possibility of being discounted heavily.

Actually, with the FF system delayed until next year, I suspect we will see pretty nice discounts across the board on Pentax products come the next few months to keep the market filled with their products (and people weighted down with them so they don't move haha). But this might work out greatly if you were interested in sticking with the APS-C system for awhile.
