Eyecups

I have a Pentax K100D.
I find the rubber eyecup provided with the camera is far from adequate.
It is not really an eyecup it is more of a gasket and simply cannot do the job when there is strong cross lighting.
Can anyone suggest a GOOD eyecup that will not fall off when carrying the camera.
I have lost two aftermarket units that were just not secure enough.

Alternatively you can try the Nikon DK21, which holds tighter and is cheaper. I still have it on my DS. The Nikon DK21M is the version with 1.2 magnification, a bit more expensive.

I wear glasses and I use DK21M (from Hong Kong) on my K100D.
I am very happy with it.
I bought this instead of the original Pentax one because
B&H and others refused to ship O-ME53 to Turkey.
Can it form part of strategic weapon?

roy, that wasn't very nice, hehe (paraphrasing your comment to me in the haze filter thread)

What, is everybody in a wacky mood tonight? Must be a full moon or something.

Thanks everybody.

"Tighter and cheaper" sounds like a good formula.

Bulent (bc_the_path),

I just received a Pentax ME-53 from B&H and initial impressions is it looks fine. My old eyes can use the modest magnification.

I don't know why they won't ship to you. Perhaps they have not been to the wonderful Turkish restaurants my wife and I enjoy here in the USA.
