I use a Sekonic L-408. It's a bit older (maybe 10 years), but it has a spot meter, ambient meter, and flash meter. it's weather sealed, has a PC sync port...

I've only used the ambient and spot meter. Can't tell you much about the flash metering.

I use this combination flash/ambient light meter ($160) with the optional spot meter attachment ($50). As accurate as any others I've used in the past and cheaper than most dual-purpose light meters.

Keep in mind that a 10 degree spotmeter is a pretty large area - probably larger than the spotmeter on most Pentax digital SLRs.

FWIW, the L-408 has a 5 degree meter. A 1 degree meter is even better.

Spotmeters

I downloaded a brochure on Spotmeters from the B&H Camera Website. Very thorough.

Yes, it is. But I didn't want to spend any more that was absolutely necessary and rarely need to measure an area smaller than 10°. And, yes, the $300+ L-408 is a bit more selective, but I believe was also discontinued some time ago.
