Where do you get your eneloops?

I have four sets of batteries for my K110D and they are all dying now. So I need some new ones and I definitely want to start using eneloops. I have been looking online for some good deals and have seen that things are pretty much the same price everywhere. So where do you get yours from? Do you have a specific place, or just search for the best deal? If you search for the best deal, who has them for a good price right now? Also I noticed that all the ones I have looked at are 2000 mah. Is that what they all are, because sometimes I can't see that listed on some sites. I don't want to go with a cheaper price and find out they are 1200 or something like that. Sorry for all the questions, but TIA for your answers.

If you have Wolf/Ritz Camera in your area, they have a good price on them. Circuit City will meet thier price on the AAs.

Is Wolf the same as Ritz? I always wondered that. It is actually called Inkleys here in Utah. I'll check them out. I noticed in another thread somebody said they got a 16 pack at Costco, but I couldn't see any on the website, I'll have to go in and see.

ETA: Looking at Ritz's webiste they have them for $11.99 for four, Circuit City has them for $9.99, so its already cheaper at Circuit City. Any other thoughts, or is $9.99 a good price and I should just get those?

Not sure about now, but recently Circuit City has been selling the AA eneloops for cheap...in the 8-pack configuration. I bought an 8-pack in late January/early February for approximately $13. Later, I saw a few posts about people picking them up for around $11-12 per pack.

Not sure why they were so cheap at Circuit City. Maybe Sanyo is about to change packaging... Anyway, that may be a good place to check out.

Yeah, I saw that thread and checked, they are $9.99 for a 4 pack, at least online, and they were out of stock online and at all the stores according to their store locater. Circuit City is a little bit of a drive for me, so I don't want to waste my time hoping to find them. It could be that they have some of the 8 packs in the store, but they don't have them listed online, some left overs or whatever.

In addition to the 8 AA's and 4 AAA's and charger, it also comes with two C-cell and two D-cell adpaters, all in a nice little carrying case. Can't beat it for $20-$25.

so are all batteries that are precharged and claim to drain not as quickly eneloop type? if so, I just bought 8 Kodak branded AA's at WalMart for $16. I'm not sure if they are as good as my Eneloops, but I figured for the price, I'd give them a shot. On the package of the 4 pack, they say "precharged" and says something to the effect that they drain 4 times less fast than a typical Nimh battery.

I guess Rayovac also makes some eneloop type, but I couldn't find any for a decent price when including shipping.

One thing about the Costco pack (which I got also), it comes with a charger. Supposedly, some Eneloop chargers are unique in that they charge each cell individually rather than charging the batteries in pairs which eventually shortens the life of a battery (memory effect?). I don't know if the Costco one includes this kind of charger or not, so this paragraph is basically worthless lol. but it may be something to look at...

According to the insert that came with them, it charges them in pairs. As to the Rayovac Hybrids, they are very similar to, as good as, and often cheaper than the Eneloops.

Regarding the Rayovac Hybrids...if you search this site, you should find a host of discussions on them. From what I've ready they are very similar to Eneloops, but I think overall the Eneloops are supposed to be slightly superior in their power retention capabilities. In other words, the Rayovac hybrids will loose more of their power over time as they sit unused, but still not like typical NmHi batteries. I think this only comes into to play if you are only a casual shooter and will have batteries sitting around for months and months at a time. If you are shooting a lot...i.e. weekly/monthly, then it's probably not as big a deal and the Rayovacs would probably work great.

I simply picked up the Eneloops because they were a good deal at the time.

Out of curiosity, has anyone else been able to find the Rayovac Hybrid batteries at Walmart recently? My walmart had them in January, but now they are no longer available there. A little odd I think...
