cpl and nd grad filter

hi all

i've got three lenses (that i will take travelling), da21, fa50, and dfa100
they all have 49mm threads (that's a good thing)
i want to get a cpl and an nd grad filter

i was looking at the b+w kaesemann slim cpl, basically the priciest one
but not sure about a good nd grad one, probably 4x should be right

can anyone give me some suggestions?
thanks
dave

Don't go with a screw-in filter for the ND Grad... You'll get frustrated trying to compose the shot with the inability to slide the filter up and down...

For 49mm size lenses, even the Cokin 'A' series are large enough, and they're very inexpensive. (And your 50-200 is only 52mm - the A size is OK ffor that as well. If you're going to be getting bigger glass though, you may want to get a larger size now that you'll still be able to use with a 62 or 67mm lens (or bigger) in the future... Look at the Cokin P or Z-Pro series.

Note : I used "Cokin" as a sample brand - there are others as good or better out there...
