Quantaray PZ-1 DSZ

Anyone use one? I am considering buying a used one for around $50. I will use it wirelessly with a Cactus v2 trigger.

How about a Albinar75ATC? Anyone ever used that flash?

The only version that I know will work with Cactus V2 is the one with Nikon dedication. The dedicated Pentax version works well as a manual flash on the digital bodies, zoom and ISO are read from the camera, and trigger voltage is under 5V. The Pentax version will not, however, work with the remote triggers.

The Promaster 7000M and the Quantaray PZ-1 DSZ are the same flash. Manual flash is 1/1 to 1/64. There is no auto mode. All the PZ-1 DSZ models except the Sony/KM/M versions have a manual optical slave mode.

Thank you
Russell
