K10D in partial gray? Craigslist ad.

Pentax K10

Is this one of the earlier versions of the K10D?
The lens look tempting and the price.

To me it just looks like it has had a hard life. The black rubber has faded to grey (could also be terrible flash photo).

It looks that way to me as well blwnhr, and I would think that a bad flash photo would blow out the smooth surfaces rather than gray out the rubber surfaces.

Pentaxtic, If you want a backup, along with a few (some of them nice "Sigma 135 - 400" ) lenses drop me a PM, my K100D is for sale but I haven't listed it yet.
Or better yet, just drop on by if your in Kelowna

Looks like the seller painted the rubber to match the barrel of the lens that is on the body. Ouch!

Interesting.. Even the rubber on the eyepiece is an odd colour..

Seems a decent price though.. and it says "all in new condition".. Was it like that when he got it?
