Congrats. I just got my K200D two days ago and am having a blast with it, what a difference from my old point and shoot. I also got the 18-250mm (and other accessories) and very happy. Colors and sharpness are better than what I was expecting.

arrg, just lost $70 and had to wait on shipping. I was in the IPark mall today in Seoul. They had the K200D Kit for $590,000 Won. With exchange rate it would have been about $580. I paid $650 from amazon. Would have been nice to pick up the camera today but was to late to cancel my order. owell. They have full line of Pentax lenses, so maybe i can pick one up for cheap.

Nice to have such local access ! I haven't found any local store in California so far that carries anything Pentax.
Don't worry about the $70 - in the long run it won't really matter. It is a great camera. Also, if Amazon drops its price within 30 days, you may ask them to refund your card (price guarantee).

Ooops...you are talking about entire California....I live in the Bay Area San Francisco and I havent seen any ----Buy XXXXX City,XYZ-Mart carry it..I have only seen Ned Bunnell's blog advertising Pentax now has a tie up with the aforesaid stores.....my lunatic mind still fails to understand why Pentax can not send even ONE sample model to at least ONE store in each city...
So much for Pentax marketing and Hoya takeover :-)
