My husband would have to win the Lotto for me to do something like that. I'd be afraid that he'd get bored hanging out with a bunch of photographers on a small boat, unless he used his Olympus p&s alongside our DSLRs.

If I had that kind of money, I'd like to take my parents on a cruise like that because I know that they'd enjoy it--since Dad shoots with Canon, I'd just take some black electrical tape with me and cover up all the Canon markings on his gear so he or his gear doesn't get thrown overboard when he least expects it.

On the subject of Dad, he just got a check for a sizable amount of money today from some property in Florida that he sold, so he's getting ready to order at least $2000 worth of Canon gear (in my estimation), mainly lenses, to go with his XSi. He'll be able to give it a good workout when he and Mom come to Florida next month.

The worst part about this is that I LOVE cruises. The second worst part is there are Pentax cruises offered in areas I've always wanted to see. Bummer. Maybe if I save my dimes and nickles and they keep doing these, I'll be able to afford it in 5 years. HA! Who am I kidding, I'll be saving for my youngest son's college tuition then. LOL

At least we're all being realistic about what we'd REALLY do.
