What is your favorite style of photography....do you prefer macro, fine art, documentary, etc. I have been looking at some photography from the turn of the century and am blown away. I love a photo that evokes an emotional response. I am just curious what you like......

Wow, I think I'm in agreement with every single reply that has been posted here, especially the last one!
I got hired to shoot an event and the person doing the hiring asked what I normally shoot. My answer was, "Anything that moves.....or doesn't move." That's the best way to describe it. As long as it can hold my interest for 2 seconds, it's going to get photographed.
That being said, I find that I enjoy shooting people, but photojournalistically as opposed to posed. Not that posed portraits don't work for me, but I'd much rather shoot a shot that isn't staged than shooting one that is. Street shooting and event candids is what I seem do best and also something I really enjoy.
In my case, shooting events is where I have a chance to make some real $$$ around here. It helps that it's also something I enjoy. I'd hate for any of these jobs to seem like a real job...
