I am so slow to these things

Awesome job - to everyone invovled.

Do you think maybe a sealed lens would help preventing condensation?

sealed doesnt mean vacume

plus as was mentioned, condensation isnt an issue

Actually a sealed lens might be a problem unless what was sealed inside was a vacuum. Otherwise the lens might "blow out"...
