Dos Vivitar has a real web page?

I discovered that vivitar.com opens this Sakar which is something SAKAR that deals with a bunch of photo stuff... but no Vivitar.

Regarding this, I also discovered this http://news.cnet.com/8301-1001_3-10024590-92.html which explains the above, but I am concerned about vivitar products (glass and flashes) specs and support.

Vivitar doesn't exist as a company anymore. That's what it means when someone buys the IP. It's simply a brand name for products that are made by Sakar.
