Is Pentax running a warranty promotion right now?

I thought Pentax was extending the K20D warranty to 3 years in the US market. But I can't find details online.

Has this promotion ended?

I think it's the new standard warranty. When I bought my K20D over a month ago it came with the 1 year warranty + 2 year manufacturer extended warranty card.

Any K20D purchased between October, 2008 and July 31, 2009 from an authorized Pentax dealer in the US qualifies for a free upgrade to the 3 yr. Pentax Extended Warranty. If you did not receive your warranty card from the dealer you can obtain one from Pentax
by emailing (pentaxinfo@pentax.com) or faxing (919-501-7575) a copy of your
dated proof of purchase (sales receipt, credit card statement, order
confirmation, packing slip, etc.) along with your name and address to
Pentax, Attn.: K20D Ext. Warranty. Upon receipt of your warranty card you
will need to register your warranty control number with your name, address
and camera's serial number by going to this website:
Pentax U.S.A., Inc. - Extended Warranty Registration
OR by calling the technical support center at the number below.

I got my camera this week. I ordered from Amazon and it didn't have the extended warranty card. So I emailed, following darrenleow's info.

I bought my K20D Feb 2009. E-mailed on 5/1/2009 and recevied no reply by email, but got a 3 year extended warranty card (that includes a free tune-up) in the mail today 5/7/2009. NICE! Way to go Pentax!
