Yeah and notice both the scum and his lawyer just kept walking. Clearly both of them suck as humans.
The whole thing is a performance. A circus. Whatever. What do you do when someone slips up? You carry on as if nothing happened, and just keep smiling...
sorry that was mean. that guy was too short to be carrying such monster lenses though.
I don't disagree. I very surprised at how he was so overloaded and careless in walking. The other 3 Photogs were set up and prepared. But having listened to the video, you hear what that dirt bag was convicted of and since he did nothing to help the guy up, he's clearly a piece of crap.
Yeah I know that the photogs and the subject are against each other and would never dare to help each other out. I can't imagine any brand of lens would take a hard hit on concrete any better than another brand.

Unfortunately I have experience with watching a lens hit concrete. I had my K20D, Grip with battery, Sigma 70-200 EX f2.8 and an AF400T flash (heavy package) get knocked out of my hands by a wedding guest. I watched it fly though the air in slow motion and hit the floor. On first inspection, everything looked fine. But the lens focus assembly jammed and $400 later I had a working lens back from Sigma.
Interesting video. I noted a number of things. First, the photogragher that is knocked downwas not prepared to get shots. The second is the fact that the guy coming out of the car that runs into the photographer acts as if the photogragher is not there. It is just a sad to see just how flawed we are as human beings at times. As to the camera, ouch!! At least some repair person some place had a job to do to fix the camera and lens.

he never touched the photog. he tripped (presumably over his own feet).
