100mm macro

Would you be interested in a smc Pentax-A 100m F4

Very rare and comes along just once every few years according to Bojidar Dimitrov's Pentax K-Mount Page.

The old FA 100mm F/2.8 Macro that I got is a beautiful well built lens. I highly recommend one if you can find one.

can somebody tell me the function of "clamp" on the D-FA please ?

Don't know about the D-FA, but the "clamp" on the FA version tightens up the focus movement. This is supposedly to stop the lens creeping under its own weight when mounted vertically, but I've never found that to be a problem. It does mean you can adjust the manual focus "feel" though, which is quite nice. See page 25 of the manual:
