[EXPIRED] FS: D-FA 100mm F/2.8 Macro - $440

I purchased this lens less than 2 months ago, but I've found I don't really have much use for a dedicated macro lens. It's been used sparingly and carefully, so everything is like new. The UPC sticker has been submitted for rebate, but everything else is just as it came. Soft case, lens hood, manual, warranty card (and receipt from authorized dealer) will be included. The price of $440 includes shipping within the continental US and any Paypal fees. I have excellent feedback at FredMiranda (Canon) forums, Dyxum (Minolta) forums, and 100% on ebay with 200 transactions (username is dtevolution).

Please PM me if you're interested. Images below are of the actual lens.

What does the term PM mean, private mail? I am interested in the lens and want to discuss this with you. May I have your e-mail address? Mine is latersplace@ bellsouth.net

I am interested in the lens, but your price is the same as the price new at B&H. Is there something I am missing? lenfld@aol.com

His price is the same as the after rebate price, not the retail price. Plus he is including shipping in his price which B&H is not.

Advantages are: (1) If you are not a US resident and can't get the rebate, its a great price (2) you don't have to wait weeks for a rebate check (3) you don't pay extra for shipping (4) B&H will soon be closed for over a week, whereas this lens will still be available here.
