[EXPIRED] RRS K20D L-plate

I bought a K20D and need a RRS L-plate for it. I have one for my K10D but I'm keeping the K10D and I don't really want to modify it's plate to fit the K20D.

Shouldn't they fit? The bodies are identical, are they not?

No, the X-sync socket on the K20D is the problem. I could dremel the K10D bracket to make it work but it's so durn pretty I hate to do it.
I knew what I was getting myself into when I bought the 20D. I've already ordered the Katzeye screen, with no options to save some money. I can't live without the Katzeye. Now, the $140 for the bracket is starting to hurt. I love my K10D and now I have the option to keep the DA* 300 on the 20D and wider glass on the 10D. In this scenario I don't need the L-bracket for the 20D because of the foot on the lens but somewhere along the line I will need the 20D, itself, on the tripod. It has taken me a long time to get the K10D setup where it works so well for me and I just can't stand the thought of cannabalizing it to set the 20D up.
