This is a Kitstar 28mm F2.8 Multicoated for M42. This lens earned high marks from at least one user here. The quality and condition are excellent. Has an auto-manual switch. Sold with a rear cap. Made in Japan.

Tempting for the weird Hippy focus ring. That and the large, full A/M switch - I have this on 1 or 2 other lenses and it makes stopping down much quicker and easier on a non-M42 camera vs. typical A/M switches, I wish all A/M switches were like this. I'd buy it if I didn't already have numerous 28mm lenses...

I have this lens and gave it very high marks. I posted some images in the "Off-Brand lens Club" thread. I got it as part of a kit and ended up keeping it instead of the Tak 28/3.5 and Vivitar 28/2.5. It focuses pretty closely, is very sharp, and produces accurate colors.
