Tripod Head for Gorillapod slrzoom

Hello Members
I recently purchased the interesting gorillapod slr-zoom (Joby - Gorillapod SLR-ZOOM). I am now looking for a tripod head. Preferably with a ball but also with a quick release for easy disconnection of the camera. Any ideas?

Thanks

I have this on my gorillapod. Cheap, works great and a fairly quick release.

I use this setup, I found the Benbo QR plate whilst browsing, don't know the model No.

It works pretty well.

Thank you all for the useful comments. I particularly like dave kitson's setup. However, today I visited a camera store and after trying a few of them, I settled for the Manfrotto 484rc2 (tripods, heads, monopods, light stands, camera supports, lighting supports, professional tripod 484RC2 - MINI BALL HEAD W/RC2 R.C.SYST.). Just the right weight, size, and has quick release plate.

Thanks
