QR Plate question

I have Markin ball head and have noticed the BG-2 battery grip has the screw position away from the centre line of the camera.

The camera mount is on the centre line for the lense thus preventing issues with pano shots.

Does anyone know if there are plates for the battery grip that corrects this issue?

Basically allow the pivot point to be brought back to the centre of the lens and not the centre of the camera.

Cheers
Shang

The Kirk Enterprises PZ-117 plate is made to fit the D-BG2 battery grip and has enough lateral length to allow me to center my K10D/D-BG2 combo on the lens axis. Take a look here: Kirk Quick Release Camera Plates for Pentax Cameras. Will work with any Arca-Swiss style QR clamp.
