Looking for a small, discreet lens pouch

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of trying to make a discreet street photography setup with my 2 LX's since my K10D is a little too obtrusive. My idea is to carry one LX + lens on me and have a pouch that can house 2-3 prime lenses. I would like to wear it under my shirt like a travelers pouch. Is there anything of the sort that exists?

I believe Pentax actually made just such a thing that'd hold four Limiteds, but you would likely have trouble laying hands to one. You could possibly have some luck simply finding a belt pack of the right size, maybe even a non-photo one with dividers of your own contrivance.
