Brendan... I'd like to suggest you put up a poll for t-shirts. I'd like to suggest "black with red lettering" (my pref) or "red with black lettering"

Also, do we have a date yet? Late June works fine but we need to be careful not to run into the "getting a jump on the 4th of July" beach crowds.

Brendan, as far as setting up a date in concerned... would it be a good idea for everyone who wants to participate to simply post the dates they'll be free?

Or maybe set up a poll with every possible weekend for late july and early august and have people indicate all the dates they are available?

Mid to late June works best for me - we already have a family event planned for Mid August and my budget will need time to recover!!

I second Mike Riley's t-shirt choice. Make mine an XL. Although, the way I've been going, by June I'll need an XXL.

Really appreciate your putting this together.

Ok, I will be doing a poll soon on tshirt color and weekends in june
Also I was at PMA and think I have been able to line up some glass for us to bird with

(that mounts on our pentax bodies and AF's)
I also may have secured a memory card company and camera bag/strap co (hopefully as good as lastyear), Already have the Lexjet paper again, and I am trying for Epson to. I will also be approching a few other companies about product to use and giveaway again.

I think we did the red and black T-shirts last year -- at least I know we did the black ones, because I have it. I got a XX and it still fits relatively loose after the first drying. I hate a tight t-shirt! Actually, I'm jealous that I can't wear one.

I am currently working on sponsors and even talking with Pentax!
I may even be able to get some big glass from a company for our cameras (Still in talks though)
Have 2 poss. memory companies lined up for SD cards, Prints will be available again this year And looks like I have a bag company again this year (trying to make it as sweet as last year, we'll see)

Ok As of now we have the 2nd 3rd and 4th weekend in June all tied for time.
I need everyone who is looking at those weekends to narrow your choice between the 3 down to 2.
(Poll officially closes end of April, but looks like we are about at it's end)

So now you can all start begging your boss's for time off, telling your spouses you promise you wont come home with a massive equipment charge on the CC, and escape from reality for a few days.
I am now working on getting a decent rate on a local motel and other sponsors.

Now I need a FINAL Headcount from everyone by Mid May (lets say the 15th)

Count me and my wife in (her for meals only) Brendan. I replied on your other link but it disappeared so not sure if it went anywhere or not. Let us know about hotel ASAP as reservations are going to be a bear that close to 4th of July. I will be there late on Friday so I will likely miss anything planned for Friday, but I will be there that evening sometime.
