2nd Gathering Info Poll

Ok, so here is the poll for Weekend Date Info and T-shirt colors
(Pick one from tshirts and 2 dated if you can)
More data for the trip can be found here
planning the 2nd Annual Gathering; 2009 (eastern US still, OPEN TO ALL)
The gist is we are going to Marylands Eastern Shore, do some landscape and wildlife photography with a side-trip to the ocean.

Ok As of now we have the 2nd 3rd and 4th weekend in June all tied for time.
I need everyone who is looking at those weekends to narrow your choice between the 3 down to 2.
(Poll officially closes end of April, but looks like we are about at it's end)
DATE 2: June 12-14
DATE 3: June 19-21
DATE 4: June 26-28

Brendan, poll says I've already voted, so can't vote again. However, I vote for June 12-14 as #1 and June 26-28 as #2. Again, sure appreciate your efforts!!

Those are the dates I picked since I won't be available that weekend either. I thought I wouldn't be able to make it, but the Eastern Shore might be doable for me.

It's looking so far like the last weekend in june may be getting the knod soon than. I have to wait and see though to be fair.
Also please help promote this to your friends, I have been rather busy latley and havn't had much time to push it here, but feel free to help! I am hoping to have atleast 10 like last year.

are users of other systems welcome to join in the fun? i know the borrowed lenses thing won't work for them but they can still hang out and shoot with us right?

Hey, glad I stumbled on this, I live in Salisbury about a half hour or so from Blackwater. It's definitely a gorgeous place. I don't have any great photos from there on my computer at the moment but here are some winter examples:

hey is there any more information forthcoming about this? it's may. some of us can't just take off for the weekend and have to do a bit of planning in advance. you know for stuff like lodging. getting time off work. buttering up family members to allow us to escape. that kind of thing.

So now you can all start begging your boss's for time off, telling your spouses you promise you wont come home with a massive equipment charge on the CC, and escape from reality for a few days.
I am now working on getting a decent rate on a local motel and other sponsors.

Now I need a FINAL Headcount from everyone by Mid May (lets say the 15th)

Count me in Brendan. My wife will be coming along for meals. What was the final workshop cost? Please post hotel info ASAP as that weekend is going to be a real bear that close to the 4th of July. I not sure when I will be able to get there on Friday since I am in a class that week. I won't know anything about that till I get into the class. I'll make reservations for Friday and Saturday night either way.

I hope I'm answering in the right place, but I want to come. Day late and hopefully not a dollar short, but please count me in, too. I could probably get there late Friday night, but not during the day on Friday.
