Sprint/Summer Gathering Hotel and Reservation List

I need to know ASAP
I finaly got word back from the group rate booking people on the 2 hotels, Both Holiday Inn Express (nice locations and breakfast included)
I am leaning to the Cambridge one as it is only $30 more and is 10 min from the park and other great Sunrise/set photo opps

I also need FIRM numbers, It looks like I will have to hold the rooms on my Card
I have gotten quotes for a minimum booking of 5 rooms!

Please post here a FIRM YES/NO if you are going
Weekend June 26-28th
I will also be needing money soon and will PM you with the details

i'm definitely in. i'll go with the majority on the hotel. doesn't make a difference to me.

I voted for Cambridge, but don't really care.

I'll be there Friday early afternoon.

Also, my sister Pam (expatfr) will be joining us for at least Sat (+ dinner) - she's thinking it over even as I type this. I'll make sure she posts.

Again, my wife and I will be there. We'll probably arrive late-ish on Friday and will leave Sunday morning after sunrise photo session(no desire to go to OC during tourist season). So count on me for 2 nights and, for all intents, one day of activities.

How is the swag list looking and any word on what gear we might be getting to try out?

Also, I can either send you a check or pay cash on-site. Whichever you prefer.

I'm in. Vote is for Cambridge (either Cambridge or Salisbury has a Tastee Freez shop there along the highway, drool!).

I'll be there. Since I live in Salisbury I don't need a hotel room but I plan on joining in the fun
