PentaXpedition 09

It has officially started!
Myself and Thomas (Duplo) will be exploring and photographing Utah's Moab area. I will also be extending this to a mini cross country driving trip.
Thanks to Kingston, Joby, PentaxForums, P3 Imaging Inc. and Expo Imaging for supplies and equipment for the trek.
Original thread here: Going to the US soon, a few questions
If you would like to meet up please PM me with your phone number and I will call you.
Schedule: Golden Co (hopefully) on the 4th, Moab Ut. 5-9?
(Thomas only) Salt lake City Ut. 9-?
(me only)Traveling back toward MD 9-12 Stop over in Indy again around the 11/12th
If anyone lives between Indy and Ut. and wants to hang, photo, have a beer and share their couch for (me to crash on for a night) around the 10th That would rock!

I am currently in Indy, will hopefully be making it to the Pentax Roadshow tomorrow in Golden Co. K-7 In Golden, CO - Aug. 4

Here are some pics from my Optio W30 while on the road today

Driving takes massive skill and lack of seeing your surroundings like pic 1
Thomase was excited to get his 4gb card from kingston...
View from along the colorado river on 128 leading into Moab.
And Thanks again to Joby for great products for our trip

I can see that B found the most flattering photo of me in quite a while

Anyway, a quick edit (Laptop and not colourcorrected), but thought the supportcar deserved a mention too.

Anyway, we are having fun and shooting away, scouting Arches tomorrow and will likely start shooting for real tomorrow evening

JEALOUS!!!!!! Awesome shirt Thomas. Oh yeah. I have a couple like that.

So Brendan I'm all inspired for my trip to maybe bring along my shirts for my own PentaXpedition. Maybe wear it when I go to London too to go international, lol.

Have fun guys and can't wait to see more!

(oh and Brendan - Martin's in SLC starting tomorrow. You ought to try to talk him into joining you guys).
