Toronto & GTA: The Henry's Video and Digital Imaging Show
On October 16, 17 and 18, 2009, photographers of all levels will have the chance to attend Canada’s largest photographic show taking place at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. The week-end tradeshow will feature the leading industry brands including Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Sigma, and Sony, giving visitors the chance to talk with representatives face-to-face and test all of the latest state-of-the-art photography equipment.
I was at the PHSC show last weekend. Had to decide between a cheap FA 28 and a cheap FA 50 Macro as the most attractive lenses that fit my self imposed budget. The same guy had Takumars and K lenses ranging from 2 K 15mm f/3.5s and a Takumar pancake fisheye to a K 400mm f/5.6 all at somewhere around market prices.
I'll probably skip the Henry's show as I can't think of anything in particular I need at the moment. I've been trying to come up with an interesting location for a fall Toronto meet but the weather hasn't really been conducive to anything outdoors.

I've got the insulators covered, my problem is that I don't like getting wet. What that really means is that it's time for a new rain coat but I haven't bothered to go out searching for one yet.
I just went to Arrowhead, Mono Cliff and Forks of the credit, the color isn't really ready yet. it is just Orange Yellow in Arrowhead; Mono Cliff has some red but not much.. and Forks of the credit has nothing much..
I used to go but it's just too farken crowded, you can't move edge ways. Line ups to use everything, it was better when everyone was not a wannabe photographer.
I was in Algonquin 3 weeks back, jesus fing christ, lenses and notable dickheads with lenses everywhere. The colour was peak though.
