Love the shots from Longwood Gardens. I think the snowflakes look really nice on the trees-actually look like they are floating (some might even think added after the fact?)

My wife and I went there about 8 years ago when I still live in Philly and she went to school there. Very pretty, but it was a cold night to go too, which always makes the experience "fun"

I don't have the pictures available to post right now, but I took some shots of Temple Square in Salt Lake City (If you've never been there during Christmas, they have an AMAZING Christmas Light display). I was trying to use flash to capture a statue that didn't have any sort of lighting, with the Christmas lights and lighted Temple in the background. The falling snow threw the P-TTL off, but by using slow-speed synch and messing with the flash compensation value I was able to get decent results. I'll try and post some of the pictures in a few minutes.

more than a few minutes, but here you go.

Thats at 1/10th of a second, flash set to slow speed sync in the Fn menu, everything on the flash left on auto. Slow speed sync really does pretty good. I threw away about 10 shots of this same scene before I remembered to try slow-speed sync, and this one finally came out. Now I'll just have to try to get down there when it's not snowing (gone down twice now and it was snowing both times).
