RAW+Color Space

I can set my camera to Srgb or Argb. If I shoot raw, does it matter or is color space set in my conversion software?

AFAIK it doesn't matter. Raw is raw. Tagging it with one of the profiles makes it easier later on because you don't then have to apply a working color space profile. That, of course, assumes your workflow uses either ARGB or SRGB. I leave mine on ARGB but it doesn't do me any good anyways because I mostly edit in ProPhoto and then convert to SRGB for the web or allow Photoshop to convert for the printer.

I could be wrong about this - so if anybody knows better...

In Lightroom, it's at the bottom of the export window.

It only changes the preview JPG that is embedded in the PEF file. The raw data is not affected.

For Lightroom you change color space when you export the file. It should be the first menu under image settings.

The native color space in LR is AFAIK Prophoto RGB.
