here's what i'm offering.
your digital image(my paper) 13''X 19'' mounted on 18''x 24''foam board or your choice of other. single 18''x24'' mat of your choice of color with the mat hinged to the mounted picture in a clear plastic sleeve (polypropylene). all done with archival materials for $30 shipped. i'll do some PS PPing also. don't worry about up sizing as Genuine Fractals does a great job..
here's a shot with the pic in the sleeve. it's ready for framing.

actually i can do this at any size.. printed on canon paper plus glossy 2. 69#
