I'm Switching!

Sorry guys,

But I've decided to switch brands, these are the reasons...

This years Photokina will be a let down as Pentax are refusing to release a camera that takes pictures for you, teaches you the fundamentals of photography, can double as a pin hole camera, or Hasselblad H3D system, depending on the users mood, makes the tea, sticks out it's tongue at other types of camera and goes 'Ya Boo!' skins ferrets, doubles as MP3 player, projector, spaniel, mouse mat, motorbike and finally will not be full frame, but must be able to take fully telecentric FF lenses and give you a bed bath, tuck you in and read you a story.

I'm going with Canon, I believe their cameras have a talent module in the grip, thus rendering me bloody amazing

You could have at least switched to Nikon.

all joking aside

you can put together a very nice system right now using Sigma lenses and a used 5D body (street price ~ 1500 negotiable if you are lucky)

something to think about.

You forgot the built-in tripod, 9-1000mm 250g f1.2 lens and solid gold body. Oh! and free body upgrades for the next 10 years!!!

Actually, Wendy B has hinted that the new camera will skin ferrets.

What? No H3D mode?

Maybe we should give old Kenny Rockwell a call and ask him to bless a few more cameras with his magic touch

I'm breaking my NDA to announce that the newest Pentax ( The K33.33D ) does all of those things, and more.

It also shines the car, for that mater if your car breaks down it'll fix it for you.
Tips the waitresses for you.
scrubs floors, and even washes windows.

It however does Not vacuum the carpet (something to do with dust )

And all for the incredibly low price of $19.99.

Pentax figures that there's no way the other companies can match their design, features, build quality, or price.
And the others might just lock their doors and not look back at cameras again.

I hope that Pentax isn't too upset with me, but if they are it was worth is.

OH, if you believe me, Would you like to buy a bridge?

Darn it. No x-ray vision mode that would allow me to take pics through walls.

You said "walls", when we know you meant "clothing".

There should be a Wedding Photographer model that spouts the words "Say Cheese' when focusing has been achieved.
And how about a lens that can be any size prime you like. Just inflate with a bicycle pump until the desired focal length is achieved. Going the other way is even easier, just depress the valve.

Look, I can live with the lack of a ferrett skinning capability.....but I am reaally pissed off at the lack of the grizzly bear skinning feature....I mean, come on! just what are you supposed to do with one of these when your fearless ferrett chases it out of a cave....

X-ray? Pfffff. I want magnetic resonance imaging at least, damn it!
With no effect on metal in the way, too!

Don't post such ignorant poppycock. She said it will be covered in ferret skin.

Man....I gotta do everything around here.
