How many people that are not making their living as photographers routinely carry model releases with them as they practice photography??..

What form of release do you use??..

Did you create it yourself, or use a form that someone else already created??..

What shape & size release do you carry with you??..

Do you find it helpful having model releases with you at all times??..

What are your experiences, both positive & negative, with model releases??..
