Grandpa Elliot is awesome, I saw him on the tv a couple of weeks ago, he was singing with a group of musicians and singers from around the world.
Sorry I can't remember the show. I know a CD has been produced by this 'global project'.
I'm going to keep an eye out for it.

Gary the DVD/CD was released today:

Playing For Change | Peace Through Music

14USD from the website. The documentary has been around I think for a few months on the indie circuit. But today with the release of the DVD this video went viral really quickly. last I checked it had 1200 "diggs" within 1hour 42min.
