Would you like to do a good deed with your photos?

Moderators, not sure if this is the appropriate place for this thread. I'm sure you'll shift it if it isn't.

I'm a volunteer with Liberation Prison Project. We work with prisoners around the world who are interested in Buddhism, providing them with materials and linking them up with teachers to help them with their studies and just to be a friend. I'm one of the teachers and I'm working with a young man who is deaf and quite sick with cancer. He's lonely and struggling. He's of Blackfoot Indian origin and has three delightful-looking children. I don't know what he's done - none of my business - but he has six years still to serve. One thing he really, really enjoys is when I send him photos of where I live, my wife, myself, local wildlife etc. He has very little to look forward to, so receiving letters and photos means a great deal to him and helps to keep up his spirits.

So, my friends, I'm asking whether any of you would be interested in occasionally sending him a photo or two. There's absolutely no obligation to enter into any sort of regular correspondence with him, but I know he'd be so grateful to receive the occasional pic from a warm-hearted stranger. If you're interested would you please PM me and I'll give you his name and address.
Cheers,
Les

I'm putting this in General Talk Les, it won't disappear so quickly then.
I think this is a great opportunity for some of us to do some good.
