My New Music Website

Gerry Asmus - Home

I just finished my new website where visitors can download my songs for free. I write and record contemporary Christian music.

The site is very basic, but I thinks it's functional. Comments on the site and especially the music are welcome!

Gerry

There's a new version of Empty Vessel on the site for anyone who wants to download it. Just a bit more guitar work, and it will be finished.

Thank you for the kind words.

I'm looking forward to uploading the final version of Empty Vessel.

One thing about the site itself however is the color of the type and the background. It was/is hard to read. I also listened to the second song and it too was really good. I still like empty vessel the best though. After the second song I was "interupted". Will try again tonight.

Is it the light blue or red letters you find hard to read?

Actually both but more the red. Just not enough contrast.

I've updated the layout of the site based on feedback from graphicgr8s. I did not change the font colour, as that turned out to be far too much effort, but I did increase the size to make everything more readable.

If I had learned how to use Dreamweaver properly from the start, then I would not have run into the complex issues of changeing a cascading site... lesson learned (until next time of course).

Thanks for the feedback George, and let me know what you think of the changes. In addition, please share the website with others, so that Christ, Our Lord may be glorified!

New Video

Hello everyone!

Since a number of you have visited the site, I thought I'd let you know that a new video for "Empty Vessel" is available. The final version of the song is also there, so please downlad and replace.

As always, feedback is welcome.
