Ouch is right! That is painful to watch. Years ago there was an internet video of two guys I guess kick boxing or something that was to become along the lines MMA. One guy kicked the other guy and when he retracted his leg, is was compound broken at the shin. He did not know it until he tried to stand on it. Many years befor that superstar quaterback Joe Thiesman for the Washington Redskins had a simalar injury during a sack which ended his carrer.

I know that wrestling is pretty much an act, however there's no way these guys can fake an injury like that.

I really don't know how some of them can work 200 - 300 days a year putting their bodies through so much.

I think of wrestlers as full grown men getting paid to act like children and dress up in tights

Really wrestling is just a soap opera for men...

...as far as the video, if I remember right, I think Sid ends up winning the match broken leg and all! Of course wrestling is not fake.

I watched that game on TV. Joe Thiesman's broken leg injury is by far the worst injury I've seen in a pro sports event. I'm sure there are surgeons out there that enjoy piecing legs back together but my memory of the televised replay showing the bottom portion of his lower leg flat on the ground and the remainder above the break still upright makes me cringe to this day. Awful.

I remember that - It scared the shista out of L.T. As soon as it happened, he jumped up and waved the medics onto the field.

Yea. I will never forget the expression on his face.
