I once saw a post about a program that could take all your Flickr photos and tell you which focal length you used the most. Does anyone have anything like that? I could use one of those right now.
It says that my most used focal length is 80mm, but it also says 35mm equivalent. Does that mean that 50mm is my most used or does it literally mean 80mm? Guess I might get that 50mm macro.

Hrm. 35mm equivalent will generally mean just that. How it came up with 80mm, though, I don't know. (Thinks you have a 1.6 crop factor like Canon and rounded? ) Or are you using a zoom?
I used it on every single photo I have, so primes and zooms combined, and it told me that 80mm was the most used focal length. So I'm wondering since that says 35mm equivalent if that means that it's a 50mm lens, or if it's really 80mm that's used the most.
Are you using the kit lens? 55mm might translate to 80mm in the extrapolation - I believe you can make adjustments in exposure plot (i.e. add or remove 1.5x or other crop factors).
I have never used it for a Flickr account (I don't bother with Flickr), but assuming you have all of your photos stored on an accessible hard drive of some sort, the software can read those photos and give you the results.

I see now.
The original question specifically mentioned Flickr so I wondered if there was some feature in Exposure Plot that I failed to find.
I still see little reason to doubt that when it said 80mm in 35mm equivalent, that's what it meant, however it came to this calculation.
I'd suggest what you do with this information is go ahead and observe your own behavior... if you seem to favor that FL so much, examine why: it should become clear enough.
how does this app work? by reading exif data of focal length reported by the lens? I supposse this would be of little use to those who use mostly primes. particularly those who only use one lens 99% of the time.
