did anyone watch the demo video? talk about an uncomfortable veiwing. the guy snapping virtually identical photos of the same subject for no other reason than to show off the fps of the body. neat lens, but really it serves no purpose for just about everyone.

LensCoat, Inc. even publicizes the making of their LensCoat product for the Canon 1200/5.6 right here:

This will give you a better idea of the physical size of the lens. Interesting how it went up from the previous price of $90K-ish the last time one was available. This Vimeo video is also embedded on LensCoat's website.

i went a step further. calculate shipping to Boston,MA. cheapest being UPS ground is $664.55
even if add this to cart, i don't think my credit card can handle this
