Considering the lack of Canon/Nikon forums I would imagine this to be a huge hit.

Rule #1 will be that Pentax>Canikon.

But in all seriousness, current forum members here will a. be able to port (if not link) their accounts, and b. get free access to the marketplace over there. The site will largely be structured identically to this one, except, obviously, the colors will be more Nikon-ish, and there won't be a user photo gallery (just albums). I intend on having lens and camera reviews, but they will have to be built mostly from scratch by the membership.

Cool! Now I will have somewhere to off-load my canon macro gear and not feel "dirty" the next day.

I would make the 'Ca' at a sloping angle and the 'N' a different colour so that they flow together more smoothly.

Perhaps we can engender a better relationship between the brands and come together in what connects us all, 'Photography'.

A wide screen skin could be fun. Canon forums down the left side mirrored with the equivalent Nikon forums down the right side, divided by a long narrow link to the debate forum down the middle. Each side can have its own brand themed colour scheme to help visually differentiate the lines of battle. Longer term when you decide to corner the market for all in one branded discussion forums there may even be enough screen real estate to do 3 or 4 columns of branded forums without looking too crowded.

Shouldn't rule #1 be that all moderators to the new CaNikon forum must be Pentax shooters?
