Bugfix Software Update

I just finished upgrading our forum software to the latest version of vBulletin, 3.6.9. As the process took less than three minutes, I hope most of you didn't even notice the site was down!

If you note any new issues related to this upgrade, please let me know.

Thanks!

the forums seem to be running a lot slower for me since yesterday. I do not know if it is related to the upgrade or local phenomena. Other boards I visit are working as usual. Thanks. Just to add it seems to be related to the loading of the graphics.

As far as I can see, the server load average is low as usual, and since yesterday's upgrade was so tiny, I'm going to go ahead and say that something must be wrong over at your end.

On a separate note, with the upcoming release of vBulletin 3.7, lots of new forum features await you guys (and lots of hours of work await me)! I'm definitely not looking forward to reverting the majority of our custom templates and then rebuilding everything from the bottom up . Once I finish, though, the board will be more feature-packed than ever. For example, users will no longer have to include "FS" in the titles of their for-sale threads in the marketplace, as there will be an automated system that does it for you!

I agree it must have been at my end. Right now the forum is running as fast as it ever was. I guess my provider was having one of its famous multi day technical issues Thanks for checking it out though

My side was running slow since then. I just tried cleaning the cookies, and it really helped.
I don't think that it's as fast as usual, however I want to see how my laptop preforms before the final judgment.
This puter's drives are close to capacity, which might be the cause

Glad it's over Adam. The last few days the site was running Dog slow. This morning I couldn't even get the forum to open up. Seems alright now.
