PentaxForums.com Friend Invitation System

I've now added a system to the User CP through which current members of PentaxForums.com can invite their friends to join the forum. This system automatically sends whomever you invite an e-mail containing all the details new members would need to register. You will also be credited with a 'referral' for that user; the number of referrals should be visible in your profile, as usual.

This addition is the second part of my planned series of improvements to the site. Enjoy!
