hello! I'm the person who posted the question to the forum about a decision I was trying to make between the k5, k7 or k20d. I wanted to write and thank you so much for the reply that you wrote. I was so pleased to have so many people not only take the time to reply, but write very thorough posts, and your post in particular was very helpful. So just as an update I thought I'd let you know that I'm off tomorrow to look at both the k5 new and the k20d used. It will likely come down to finances, to be honest, and I think I'll be siding with the used k20d and my old lenses from my k1000 until I can research and decide on lenses. But your thoughts on the k5 will be with me when I go take a look at it tomorrow. Thanks again!
