We received your request for an appeal to your thread ban and deleted posts. After discussion amongst the moderation team, we have agreed to reduce the penalty to a 7 day thread ban as opposed to a permanent one.

Some of us agreed with your reasoning in your appeal, yet at the same time we request that in future you refrain from getting involved in these sorts of antagonistic back-and forths with particular members which only tend to escalate. We ask instead that if you feel slighted or personally offended/attacked that you contact the moderation team as soon as possible and let us deal with the problem.
